This program is for those who sense that their pain is more than structural that it’s being held, reinforced, or remembered somewhere deeper.

This is not about convincing you the pain is “in your head.”
It’s about helping your body feel safe enough to let go.

​Chronic Pain Reset

The Chronic Pain Reset program is a comprehensive, nervous-system–informed experience designed to address pain at its roots...where physiology, trauma, stress, and unconscious patterning intersect.

​

Over 4 or 7 days, you’ll be supported in a private retreat environment with full accommodations, nourishing meals, and consistent guidance from a dedicated coach. Each day combines gentle exploration, one-on-one sessions, and integrative therapeutic modalities, allowing your body to soften, reorganize, and respond in new ways.

You will receive a personalized itinerary prior to arrival, while the process itself remains responsive to your body’s pacing and needs.

How the Work Unfolds
​

Rather than chasing symptoms, this immersion focuses on restoring safety, communication, and regulation within the body.

The work may include:

​

  • Exploring the relationship between pain, stress, and the nervous system

  • Identifying protective patterns that keep pain signals active

  • Somatic practices that support release without force

  • Trauma-informed approaches to stored tension and overwhelm

  • Tools to reduce fear, hypervigilance, and flare cycles

  • Re-establishing trust and dialogue with the body

You’ll work closely with a coach throughout the immersion and branch into individualized services selected to support your specific pain presentation and capacity.

No prior somatic or therapeutic experience is required, only openness and self-honoring boundaries.

  • 4-Day Reset: Foundational regulation, interruption of pain loops, and nervous system support

  • 7-Day Reset: Deeper unwinding, individualized care, and integration of new movement and response patterns

Both options run daily from 9:00am to 7:00pm, with lunch and dinner included, and on-site accommodations for full immersion.
