This immersion is for those ready to stop repeating the pattern and begin understanding why it exists.
Relationship Attachment Awareness
The Relationship Attachment & Awareness program is a deep, experiential program rooted in attachment theory and nervous-system–informed work. Drawing from attachment theory, complex PTSD, developmental trauma and modern somatic approaches, this program helps you recognize your attachment strategies and gently expand your capacity for secure connection.

Over 4 or 7 days, you’ll be held in a private retreat setting with full accommodations, nourishing meals, and consistent guidance from a dedicated coach. Each day blends group exploration, individual sessions, and integrative practices, allowing insight to land not just intellectually but relationally and somatically.
You will receive a structured itinerary prior to arrival, while the process remains responsive to your personal history and relational pacing.

How the Work Unfolds

Rather than analyzing relationships from the outside, this immersion focuses on how attachment lives within you.
The work may include:

Identifying your primary attachment style and relational strategies

Understanding how attachment patterns influence attraction, conflict, and repair

Exploring how codependent dynamics develop as survival responses, not flaws

Somatic practices that build tolerance for closeness, autonomy, and boundaries

Nervous system regulation to support secure connection
-
Tools to respond rather than react in relational moments
You’ll work closely with a coach throughout the immersion and branch into individualized services aligned with your attachment needs and nervous system capacity.

Duration Options

4-Day Immersion: Foundational awareness, attachment mapping, and relational regulation tools

7-Day Immersion: Deeper integration, expanded individual work, and embodied practice of secure attachment
Both options run daily from 9:00am to 7:00pm, with lunch and dinner included, and on-site accommodations provided for full immersion.
