Preparing for Your First Harmonic Egg Session


  1. Physical Preparation


    • Arrive on an empty stomach, ideally 90 minutes since your last meal.

    • Wear loose, comfortable clothing and remove all jewelry or metallic items so the body can fully relax.

    • Complete intake forms ahead of time, or fill them with the Egg Guardian before the session.


  2. Energetic Preparation


    • Set an intention. This is not a rigid goal but a guiding frequency for your session. An intention can be as simple as:

      • “I release anxiety and welcome peace.”

      • “I allow my body to align with health and balance.”

      • “I open to clarity about my next step in life.”

    • Think of intention as a tone you hum silently—your whole field resonates with it.

    Dr. Masaru Emoto’s water studies demonstrated that thoughts, words, and emotions impact water crystallization. Since the human body is ~70% water, your intention imprints directly on your cells, structuring the subtle harmonics of your body like music shaping an instrument.


  3. Choosing Colours & Sounds


    • The Egg Guardian will review colour and sound pairings:

      • Purple light may support tumor reduction.

      • Green often relates to heart healing and balance.

    • Instruments are selected for their resonance with organs and emotions:

      • Flute harmonizes with the liver and helps transmute anger.

      • Drums ground and stabilize.

      • Strings can soothe grief and open emotional flow.

    This follows the ancient quadrivium—geometry, number, music, and cosmology—where sound and light are seen as harmonics of the same universal field.


Inside the Egg


  • You’ll recline in a zero-gravity chair, fully supported.

  • The Egg is crafted from walnut, a non-retentive wood that does not store residual energy from past sessions.

  • The chamber is free of EMFs, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi. Pacemakers and implants are safe inside.

  • If needed, a small button in the side pocket allows you to exit early.

  • For claustrophobia, one door may remain open; many clients later choose to close both doors once they feel the comfort of the field.


The Session Experience


  • 40 minutes of sound and light resonance tailored to your intention.

  • 10 minutes of silence to allow integration and coherence.

  • You may keep your eyes open or closed—the frequencies permeate regardless.

  • At the end, the Guardian gently rings a bell before opening the doors.


Integration After the Session
